Yup, this one's a quaker parrot. My brother-in-law used to have one, so I wanted to see the design on an owl. <3

my partner used to have a quaker he would sit on your shoulder nibbling your ear then all of a sudden just chomp down

I like the parrot owls {what's the official litter name?}, especially 'cause they're bird-based.
I love birds. But I'm going to wait 'till they're full grown to announce my... true feelings about them xD.
