The July PPS is worth 1390 C$, so technically they're overpaying a little, but I wouldn't take it if I were you. It's very difficult to get back onto even low parts of the list using C$ alone, much less an above-the-gap mainlist.

I agree. It's quite hard to trade C$ for main lists.
