i would really like some help, please and thank you!

#1 is pretty fair, the halloween cat is worth 110-130 c$ so they
are overpaying just slightly. personally i prefer pets over c$, but this is your choice.
#2 is unfair to the cake dog, it's a mid september, where your cat is only a low sept.
