I think so, I mean, they're giving more than they want, but what they want, is 2012 and the rare they're giving is 2013. The other pets probably make up for the year difference.

I'd say all are unfair to the top (them) but get a second opinion.
If I'm correct, the Cheshire cat is a 2012 store pet so it's worth a 2009 rare. (I think?)
