Did I send a fair trade? They canceled by I thought that a tier 7 was about 7-8 mixed 09 rares?

Their items are nearly nothing worth in comparision to the deer (just a common from their year), which is worth an '08 rare/very rare, so they need to add at least an '08 rare.
