Cant see the top trade because the link doesn't work but for the bottom trade I'd get them to add another rare of a similar age, like 2013 +. It's pretty fair but they need to add another rare to make it really fair as their are alot of items. But if you prefer the items I'd stick with them

It's fair rarity wise, but rats are'nt in very high demand and can be hard to trade off. The malk fox is in higher demand than the vr rat, So I'd probably either get them to add or stick with your pets.
