By usual rairty math
1 2011 UC = 1 2012 R = 2 2013 R = 4 2014 R which means
their side is more than 1 2014 R (your side)

Hence the other party is over paying, though some people value rare more than uncommon despite the year of release (like 1 2014 R = 2 2013 UC). I would recommend accepting if you want the cat on their side. Hope it helps

Extremely unfair to you. They're only offering a few advent and sept. lists and some rares, while your pet is on the main lists and can go for above gaps.
