So i thought i would share my thoughts about this pup COULD be from Soulwing:

1. The soft coloration like in this adoptable:
2. The darker Parts looks like growing feathers and reminds me really of this pup:
3. The bright eye color.

And let us compare it with the Staff Pet from 2013

Soft coloring in 2.Stage? Bright (even bicolored eyes in full grown) ? A total YES

Well its just my guess/feeling

I can't help feeling this adorable little cocoon is being neglected because of the staff pets. It's so cute. ;u; I would die if there was a PPS version.

Also is it just me, or do the "scales" on this pup look more like bits of slate, or stones? Like smooth pebbles?

I missed this :C I'm so sad. Sadly since school started I really don't have much time to achieve these missed outcomes ^^; I wonder how the others are going to look. They have very interesting designs so far.
