The Dragon cat PPS worth varies widely (it has extremely good demand) so it's hard to say an exact worth, but most people value you it at .25 non
The Skeleton PPS is worth .25 non (idk if you count it as TD)
It is fair but I personally wouldn't accept this trade (unless I personally wanted the skeleton PPS) because the Dragoncat has such good demand and imo it's the better of the two to have.

The reason I said I'm not sure is because it looks like it is a rr but in 2008, I'm not sure if that's accurate because I know dates can be wonky in 2008 and idek if they had RR in 2008.

I don’t think that the skeleton pps had an extended release because it is a Halloween pet. So for it to be in 08 but not in October it must be a rr and not a td
