I can help you with this trade, not the other one 'cause idk what items are worth. Anyway,it's unfair to them. A 2016 store pet is worth a early 2010 rare.



2016 Store Pet = 1 Early 2010 Rare

The Sitting Cat alone would be fair rarity wise for the Moon Tree Dog.

2012 Rare = 4 2012 Uncommons = 2 2011 Uncommons = 1 2010 Uncommon

While the 2012 Halloween Moon Tree Dog may have a slighly higher demand - I do not believe that it is worth an Early 2010 Rare.

Unfair to the Bottom Side by 1.5-2.5 2009 Rares - Rarity wise.

Nick Cake Dog = Tier 5 Advent = 6-7 2009 Rares

2013 Store Pets = 1 Early 2009 Rare each
2016 Store Pet = 1 Early 2010 Rare
2018 Store Pets = 1 Late 2010 Rare each

Total Bottom Side Worth: 8.5 2009 Rares

Trade 02:

Overpay by 1 2009 Rare on the top side - if not taking into account the month difference between the rares.

If taking the month difference into consideration then the April Fool's Cat is an Early 2009 Very Rare while the Rat is a Mid 2009 Very Rare - I am not sure that the Late 2009 Rare (Pony) covers the difference between an Early and a Mid - I think that the difference is 1-2 Early/Mid 2009 Uncommons.

Rat = 1 Mid 2009 Very Rare = 2 Mid 2009 Rares
1 Late 2009 Rare

April Fool's Sitting Cat = 1 Early 2009 Very Rare = 2 Early 2009 Rares

The 2015 Rare and the 2018 Item do not heavily influence this trade.

Demand is user made and relative. Regardless this is very unfair to you, a 2010 uncommon is worth a 2012 rare if you go by that rarity addition. ^^
