An '11 uncommon is worth 4-5 C$ and a '12 uncommon 3-4 C$, it's unfair to you. 26-33 C$ would be fair.

Trade 1: The eyelashes are from 2015 and were released with many other items for a while, so I'd say they're worth about a 2015 common from around that month. So the two mid/late 2016 uncommons should be about fair.

Trade 2: The Red Witch cloak and dress are from 2014, and the petrified items are from 2015. Considering the other person has a 2010 uncommon added onto two 2016 uncommons, I'd say it's overpay on their part, although rats don't typically have the best demand so it'd be your call on if you'd want to take the trade or not.
