Rarity wise it is unfair to the rat, but decisions on demand are a pretty personal one.
Rats are harder to trade off, yes, but it really is your call when rarity is factored out.

1. I think I should deny this one but i don't know.

2. Rat's original date is 2008 November, but rats don't have much demand

3. I think this is the most beneficial for me but number 2 is pretty close to this one.
