I'm still thinking this is Saikiyo's. The legs aren't edited. They look as if they were, but really they don't seem to be.

The robot pup is my favorite. It reminds me of my own robot I created, because my robot has a floating head too!

That aside, I agree with many people who have said this dog is Solloby's o; makes a lot of sense, those theories.
