I've successfully made my way up to the Sept. List now, and I was wondering
if It was still the same or not.

Actually, it is not exactly 1 'o9 rare for each tier, as the border collie tier is 7 '09 rares...

A grinner is worth 2 mid advents
Winged blood dog= 3
Red rose= 5
Blue rose= 6-7
...
Mainlist= Red x pps tier= 10
