It looks unfair to them. The Angel advent has good demand, and is high on the September list. Cake dog goes for fair trades. The tier 1 rat doesn't have great demand but can go for fair trades due to design, but overall this wouldn't make up the value. You'd need to add something between a tier 3 and tier 7 advent I believe.

Both of these you're overpaying. A tier 7 advent = 7x 09 rares. A tier 5 advent = 5x 09 rares. You are offering a lot more BUT. It is not common for people to trade higher lists off the list for rares so the add on could get them accepted.

I would say yes this was fair, if not, overpay on their side.
The Cherryblossom dog doesn't have any particular demand, only that it's a store pet. Recent Store pets usually go for a '10 - '09 rare each.

The Red X PPS is worth 10 mid-advents. Their side has 4 advents, a Target Dog worth 2 advents + 2 '09 rares, an a VR '09 with good demand. Unfair to you by at least 2 advents.
