it can go for 1-2 nons demand wise.
a non is a term for four above gap mainlist pets;
the noncoon, nonswirl, nontag, and nonjewel.
one non is worth three sorbets.

'09 valentine's lion - something within three months of it's release date
ur lion - a non + a sorbet
august pps - demand varies between users

Is it okay to trade like the following or is the worth differently made?

Like a common pet from year 20xx is worth two common from the year 20xx+1

yes, that sounds about right, and it's the way most CS users trade. for example, one 2016 common is worth two 2017 commons!
