The advent dog is worth another advent dog or maybe a mid 2011 uncommon. The 08 rat is worth an early 09 or 2, the raccoon advent cat is worth a mid 09 rare.
I don't see them going as set, so if you get 3 09 rares + an uncommon you'll be lucky.

Nick pets aren't very wanted. They go for about the same month uncommon dogs, if yer lucky. Nobody is gonna pay a rare orso.

Any uncommon within 3 months from their release date. They are nothing special, therefor not worth much.

The pps's are pretty wanted, so is the pig. I'm not sure what people pay for the pig, but i know from experience that people pay rares for it. As for the pps's, i myself also got a rare each for the pups :] Hope that helps.

I'd like to ask people to stop quoting the rares list. People who post here with pets that are on the rares list are ought to be given a name and a link, no more. By quoting the list, you are still doing the work for them, and that's something i wanted to prevent by linking to the rares list in the first place. So please, if it's a rareslist pet, provide a name and refer to the rares list (or link), but no more. Don't stimulate people's laziness.
