What needs to be added or taken away c;?

Everything but the 2012 18th december dog (which is an 09 rare) and the 70C$ :3 They are asking for almost double of the pets worth.

I'm a bit stuck ^ ^;
I was told from someone that the Angel Advent was worth approximately 49 '09 rares ^ ^;
However I'm not sure how to translate the '08 rares seen on the trade into '09 rares ^ ^;
How fair/unfair would this be to the other person? ^ ^; Should anything be added or removed? and if so, on whose side? ^ ^;

Need to know if I'm being fair to myself or very unfair to myself. Person sends a suggestion and while my rules say to not send any under any circumstances, trying to get the remaining event pets is fine. They ask what I'm willing to offer and I sent it back, as a suggestion, with said amount. Am I being unfair to myself doing this? Do they need to add on more to compensate for the amount of C$ I'm willing to give for the pets?
