The top one reminds me of the Ice Queen from Narnia, and the bottom one the little match girl, but other than that.. I don't really recognize them.
Also, they both have the same coloured eyes.

I think their both based off Hans Christian Anderson's stories, The Snow Queen and the Little Match Girl respectively. I just recently did a school project on him and when I saw them, my mind just made the connection lol

It's just a little swirly design but it does sort of look like it could be a word. :)

No, it's not a word, it looks a bit like "ice" in cursive, but if it were, the "i" would be connected. If I zoom in, you can see it's just a swirl. (It actually kind of looks like "icl", which makes no sense XD)

EDIT: Also this b-wolf and this background seem to be made for each other!
