First trade - unfair rarity wise to top, but demand wise unfair to bottom
Second trade - unfair rarity wise to the top, but demand wise unfair to the bottom and rats don't have good demand
Third trade - unfair rarity wise to the top, but demand wise unfair to the bottom - the store pet they are offerings isn't sought after (or not that I have seen)
Fourth trade - unfair rarity wise to the top, but demand wise unfair to bottom

It's actually unfair to the top. The Rare's List takes demand into account already, and the rat is a few tiers above the Target.
