with the cats good demand and the rats/hourse/spiders bad demand though, they may be overpaying by 2 09 rares

Rarity wise, they are overpaying. Your Malk PPS is on the lowest tier of the advent's list, their Celestial PPS is a 4th tier advent.

thier dog is 7th tier advent while the malk pps is 1st tier advent. although that malk pup dose have nice demand, it is not that big.
