Hoard Discussion Thread v.5

I've also really strongly considered joining LOLO but I'm not a writer

To be perfectly honest, I wasn't sure what to write, this being my first year and all. So I just looked at a ton of entries from last year and based the pacing off of that since they seemed to be all kinda the same. Something like this:
1. Ok, first sentence or two is them getting ready.
2. Some kind of issue with the costume or a family member intervening.
3. Go outside for three sentences. Describe the night or other surroundings.
4. Find a house and knock.

That's it. Then you write a few sentences for the one giving out candy for when your lights are on.

It's really worth getting over the fear of not having a good entry just to read all the others. Some of the people I've visited have had such nice stories. Especially for tricks.

Edit: Whelp. I've made made hoard folders for these guys so I guess it's official....


I hope they won't be too hard to trade for but they're just so cute and my first new hoard in forever so I'm already proud of it.

I think this may be one of the very rare time where I am not going to stress about getting them all done before rarities come out.
I just can't handle stress right now, and they are hard enough to trade for as it is.

I also imagine the Halloween pets may help -
... not that I'll have almost any time to look for candies this year. I have a feeling I am going to really struggle. I have 2 tests the two weeks the event will last - and to be honest studying trumps virtual website events unfortunately

So...I hoard those rat costumes that make your rats into dragons. I...dont know why they appeal to me? Other then the fact that I really like the rat lines here and really like dragons xD

Just spent about an hour dressing ~30 rats up and stuffing them in my 'Rat Dragon Hoard' ...I now have 6 pages of rats dressed in dragon finery xD

my hoard is growing bit by bit!
it's quite a challenge to find this specific pet, so i tend to overpay a bit but golly has it been worth it! i love these bad boys, and am trying real hard to give them all their special dressups!

SO happy to finally complete "A promise written on a TV screen"! Around halfway finding these pets got really hard. The number doesn't quite look good on the two pages but I don't want to go looking for more ;_;

Also very ecstatic to have completed "The Herd Above the Loch". These were also quite hard to find but the pound was kind in helping :b
