It looks like that's from the store. White Rabbit Outfit. The set is 15 C$, four pieces... so about 4 C$ per item from that set. The page it's on

It's on the Advent List, they've referred you to the front page because it says there that they've only listed the first pet from each tier.

Please note we only list the first pet of each line! This because the list will get cluttered otherwise! All the pets in the same line/tier as the pet listed is that same C$ price!

Even has a link to the rares list: [x], so just look for Ravendog and look at the first pet on the same tier.

i think they were asking demand wise, as everyone is overpaying for the raven atm, but it is really only worth the tier it is on.

Demand-wise it would be whatever the seller wants. Yes, it's technically worth the tier's worth right now, but if you want to go demand... there is no price, as I've seen some go for 130 C$ and some for 400 C$, some even for 45 C$.
