Okay let's break this down. 4 '10 UC = 1 '10 rare. And 2 '10 rares = 1 '09 rare. If I did the math correctly, You would have 8 '10 rares with a remainder of 1 UC. So right now you have 4 '09 rares, that could only get you a tier 1 advent list which is extremely unfair to you greenfronted holly. My suggest, if you want quantity list trade down, would be a quantity of list pets ranging from 1-4, or trading 2 tier 5 advents for it. But it depends on person to person on what a "decent" quantity trade down is.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that 2016 rerelease pet is from 2010, so the 2010 rare for your '10 rare would have been fair enough, the extra UC's is making it unfair to them.

The two rares would be a perfect swap. They're both from 2010 so the uncommons are in needed.
