my smallest is at 8 and my largest at 3048

It's been a little while since I started a new hoard. I've just been slowly adding to my existing ones.
Until these ponies came along.
As soon as the first adult grew, I jumped at the chance to hoard them. ;u;
I absolutely love neon and vibrant colors, so of course I couldn't resist at all. They also remind me of one of my favorite songs, Vegas Lights by Panic! At The Disco. So, that's what I named their group!

Are they on your WL? I can't seem to find any 2016/2017 rats on your WL.

I don't seem to have a lot from 2017 and 2016 now that I've checked. He either wasn't too active during those times or my friend got the pets, sorry! :(
