Is this fair including demand?

Dark leopard doesn't have much demand, and the Malk dragon has more demand, but considering the gap demand-wise its fair, it'll just be harder to trade off a dark leopard than a dragon.

I believe the gap between the pink and blue sorb is approximately a grinner, but I don't know that and the gap between the green tox.
