I would say no to the bottom because people like warrior cats and it's from '10. The '12 dog may be a better choice for some because they like dogs. You may want a second opinion.

First one
UR Fruits/veg never have good demand, with an exception of one or two (Right now the UR pot and UR grapes have demand)
The UR Cat looks preety common and goes up to a maximum of a sorbet worth.
The UR dog has quite a bit demand, but it's still unfair to the sunback in demand.
In rarity it's a massive overpay.

The second one
Its horribly unfair to the sunback and Non-coon/coon-tail.

I'm not an expert, get a second opinion.

How much demand does the desert PPS [x] have right now? Someone's offering it to me in one of my trades but I'm kind of iffy about accepting it because I'm not sure about the demand of the PPS >.<

I don't think Sunback demand is as high as is was several months ago, but demand-wise would it be fair to trade my 2008 UR cat for a Sunback? I know rarity-wise it would take around a non to fill the gap but I'm pretty sure Sunback demand is still fairly high ^.^' Just a general approximation of what would need to be added would be fine.

This is probably unfair to me. Any idea roughly what should be added to make it fair? (I say roughly since the 2012 UR dog doesn't have an exact rarity yet)

It doesn't really have much demand but I doubt it would be hard to trade for a fair swap.
