Is this fair demand wise?

I got 2opinions which its over pay on their side, so one last opinion?

Just gonna step in here real quick
the dogtag doesnt have very good demand and hardly goes for 3 nons most of the time, while the sunjewel can go for 5 nons or a moonswirl and a non. The BMD can get a striped sept and border collie ^^
Your cerb can go for a little more than 2 mid advents due to demand.
Rarity wise;
So your side is roughly 3 nons and 2 mid advents.
Theirs is 5 nons +.
Demand wise, your side would be less.
So, overpay on their side.

Buuuut you can get a second opinion!

For what the wrong opinion? Cerbs goes for 2-3 Nons due their demand. And, I personally wouldn't take this because the Sunjewel have a bad demand and I've seen very rarely when people paid his full value.

I completely agree with 'Jester here! The Sunjewel has pretty average demand for a pet like it,
and never gets the full 5 Nons worth. Your Red Cerb goes for 2-3 Nons, and the Dogtag also goes for a bit below its 3 Nons worth.
I wouldn't take it because the Sunjewel can be difficult to trade off.
