Trade Rant Thread [v. 17] *new rule*

Did ya ever get two pets mixed up with each other and end up sending someone a very laughable trade because you thought the one pet you were asking for was a recent "common" very rare and it turns out it was actually the other one that's a mid Advent? D: Yeah... over 3 yrs on the site, more trades under my belt than I can count and I still do stupid stuff... Oh well, what can ya do? Brush it off and move on.

The other thing I've done a couple of times is, I have a habit of going merrily along adding every single pet they have open that I would like to have. Then after I add to my side and make an offer, I go through their side and take things off till it's an even trade. One time I was offering a Sunback for a bunch of Advents and Septs. Then forgot to take the Non Swirl off their side. And another time it was a similar trade and I forgot to take the UR Cat back off their side. Ended up looking like I was treating that Sunback like to Sun Jewels.

Anyway, I guess everybody makes mistakes from newbies all the way to "seasoned" traders. And sometimes the older members aren't actually trying to rip ya off but just messed up themselves. We are all human. And to give newer players some hope, don't worry, we all make mistakes. *hugs anybody who's feeling bad about sending a bad trade and getting canceled/scolded/ranted/blocked* Just move on and try again I guess. : D

Finding people willing to trade down is a pain, especially when you only have 09 ponies to fill the gaps. XP
