my advice is to know your demand, and let that play into how much you pay for a certain item. bulk deals also are often helpful, such as auctioning a certain amount of pets/C$ for a lot of items at once, or a few high value items. i usually work my way backwards by trading for the more valuable things i need first, so i know if my goal is achievable with the pets i have or not.

I need one chameleon, its not even a rare its a uncommen pps from 2015 and I believe that would be my first finished collection of one species ^^

I forgot about the "show completed" toggle until y'all's screenshots and just went through several species I thought I'd completed... But turns out there's several missed outcomes here and there that never got wishlisted when they came out in like 2011 and are now rares and/or on retired lines, rip me. :')

specifically that dang malk owl egg. oh how it taunts me now i know it exists... :'V

I'm not a person who overpays, but finding a TD UR Lion up for offers is something one doesn't find these days. Through a lot of years of trading, I realistically only offered one pet I didn't already have doubles of.

honestly, for a td ur lion i wouldn't say you overpaid but actually got a fairly good deal. congrats on the lion! hope you get that last one you need soon!

Still haven't found the last cow (ox from egypt event) or the tinsel tess horse🥲 I've looked through so many accs but I never see any for trade, I'd have more than enough to trade for them xo
Currently thinking about which pets I can put on my WL, since it's only one page I am not getting many trades and tbh, this site is pretty boring without the trading aspect for me. Maybe all pets below uncommon is a feasible goal. Although going through the whole archive for that is not going to be fun XD

Edit: Found a new thing to collect, PPS rats : D These little guys are pretty cute, didn't know we had so many already!

I've recently decided I'm going to try to get every deer, except the ones with lineart edits that make them look like other species ... Yesterday, someone kind gifted me 17 deer as a reference to my username and I was so happy! Gonna go all in on this.

I'm also considering eventually trying to get every pink pet, though that's a bit more of an undertaking. I'll probably just gun for my favorites in the beginning and if I ever find all my favorites, I'll lower my standards.

Hello gang!! It's now march somehow and I haven't done my yearly goals yet -_- so I'm gonna check in with those now!

I've never made a new goal for myself part way through a year, but I guess I'm gonna do that this year!
My next goal is: to get 3 URs!
And, as a challenge to myself... to try and complete the whole collection but my 10th CS anniversary (6th July 2023) 😱 If I could write a letter to myself nine-ish years ago, he'd be so excited to hear how close I've gotten!!

The pets I still need are: pink sorb, spotted tribal, nonballoon, purple toxic, blue rose, red rose, target dog, joker bun, UR butterbun, UR purple tess horse, UR malk, UR longma, UR flower, UR smore, UR flamingo and UR pumpkin pie. Lots of URs left lol!

These were written in April and I did indeed manage to get 3 URs by the end of 2022 (Kirin, Flamingo & Smore). In general I traded for 24 pets last year (RBM, grey mini husky, teal butterbun, UR peach, mint tess horse, dark pink shima bwolf, WWJ, buckskin PPS, all 5 toxics, all 3 roses, target dog, nonballoon, spotted tribal, UR holo, UR orange tree, and the previously 3 mentioned). So I've gone into this year with 8 pets to go! So far I've traded for the pumpkin pie, purple tess horse and pink sorb in January, and I've JUST now today traded for this little guy:


that means I've got 4 pets left!!! I'm so excited about it completing my collection by July really feels like a viable goal, so I guess we'll see...

That's the worst |D I had this when the feature came out and realised somehow I was missing the lynx PPS cat, and it took me months to finally get one. I hope the egg is a little bit easier than that for you though
