Is this fair demand wise?

Demand is a per person thing so there is no concrete yes or no, but personally I value the Cerberus at 1 non and the Dogtag at it's list value or 3 nons, so that'd add up to four nons on your side and the Sunjewel can easily fetch it's value of five nons and maybe a bit more.

So I'd say they're overpaying.

You are only offering one list pet and it is an advent list, theirs is a September list and the Dragon Cat PPS does not really go for much more than a lower advent list. They should be able to get more than that, and your side does not add up to a September list
