I might have messed up somewhere in this mess but in general, they're overpaying! (Everything italicized is overpay). These are jus the hardnumbers, but when it comes to very commons-uncommons, most people trade based on gut-feeling and what they're okay with giving and recieving. I think its unfair for them to trade off the '10 R and couple '12 UCs, personally, but maybe they're chill with it. Just something to think about.
