The trade is definitely unfair to the pineapple! Their pets don't add up to a high september, nonetheless a mainlist!

Their items, even with a so-so high value don't make up the gap <3

Despite the demand of the sitting/warrior cat, an 09' uncommon alone would have been fair rarity wise. Since demand is user-based, it would depend on how the person values their cat.

You are overpaying by a lot. You would only really need a '09 uncommon for it (or something else). The cats demand usually never snatches up that much, get another opinion however !
