It's unfair to the top. The two 2015 store pets for your '09 rare bunny would have been a fair enough swap. The extra 2014 and 2016 rare makes the trade slightly unfair to the top.

Unfair to the top. Without any demand, 2015 store pet=early 2010 rare and 2016 store pet=mid 2010 rare. These two pets together are worth more than your late 2009 rare. Plus, the lion was pack exclusive so it tends to go for slight overpay.

You are overpaying by a lot. It is only worth another rare within 3 months of its release which would technically make even offering just one of your Easter cats overpay.
