Would this be fair?

Unfair to them. Demand wise, rats obviously have poor demand so it goes for underpay depending on who you trade with. Although, the Blue Ice Rat goes for about 52-61 mixed '09 rares. The pets they wanted in total aren't close to that many.

The Tess horse had an extended release and is worth a mid-late 09 rare whereas there pet is an early 09 rare ^^

You would be underpaying by a massive amount. The UR cat is worth 2 nons and 2 sorbets. The quantity doesn't even equal 1 sorbet.
