it all depends on where you value each of the pets on your side and the pets on your trading partner's side.
Trade 1 can change depending on where you value each pet. The sunback seems to be requesting about 5 nons, and valuing the raven and liontail (estimation) at 1 non and the zedonk at about 2, then your side would add up to 2 nons plus the ur foal at its value and the yellow toxic at its placement (I'm not quite sure what the yellow toxic goes for) then your side would add up to under a non meaning that your side would be worth less than the sunback
Trade 2 is unfair to them since I personally value the raven no more than 1 non so you would need to add a bit less than a non to your side to make it fair

unfair to you. Their side is only worth roughyl 2 09 rares and your side is worth closer to 10 or 11 09 rares
