As for the other side, their rat is from '09 even though the rat have a low demand(the other pets are small, but still increased the value in their side of the trade), therefore the trade is unfair to the other side.

The rat is from May '09, Your malk is from January '09, its is either rare or vr, rarity wise they are over, demand wise this would be unfair to you though.

EDIT: I apologize for this, but I mistook your pet for a different one. Your growing malk is from '09 with the possibility of becoming either rare or VR. While the other side made up the trade with other pets, rats in general have a relatively low demand. Thus the trade is somewhat unfair to you
