The red android usually can go for a tier 7 advent with demand. The santa hat advent is already worth the same as the android (6-7 Mixed 09 Rares) so all they need is 1 or 2 '09 rares and it would be perfectly fair.
Therefore, they are overpaying.

Hyena bun is worth 6-7 Mixed 09 Rares + an 09 Uncommon and the santa rat is worth 5-6 Mixed 09 Rares.
Technically, just the rat + one of the rares would have been overpaying a little bit because the rat has bad demand, they're asking for overpay.

You'd mostly get some underpay for it. The grey dragon can go for a higher september up to a low mainlist depending on who you trade with.
The dark leopard would most likely go for something around the blue rose tier, although it is possible to get a fair trade. Overall, i feel like it's more beneficial to keep the dragon (unless the dark leopard is your dreamie).

The rose dog have a 67% (2/3) chance of becoming one of the two rose dogs (red rose or blue rose) from the september list and a 33% (1/3) chance of becoming the rose pps on the main list.

So you have a 33% chance of it becoming somewhat fair. I personally wouldn't take it because I wouldn't want to take a gamble, especially if the chances are in the favor of them.

Taking this into account what should they add?
