Unfair to you. You have about 7 09 rares in your side, a Tier 7 advent’s worth.
Their pet is a Tier 5 advent. They either need to change their pet, or add two 09 rares.

Agreed though it's arguable that with demand your side could fetch up to 9 '09 rares.

The gaps list says that a tier 5 advent (aka peppermint eared dog tier) is worth 6-7 09' rares? Is it wrong?

No that's right but I'd value your side at about 9 '09 rares because of demand. Rarity wise it's fair I think

Rarity wise, they are overpaying slightly. '17 store pets are worth a late '10 rare, so two griffins would be a late '09 rare together. They are offering a mid '09 rare and two '10 UCs.

I'm trying to trade my raven for off list or close. So I know the first one is best by rarity however I'm really looking mostly for dogs, butterfly wolves, and malk pets (and a few horses, just the RBM lineart or reindeer ones) because I plan on selling these pets for C$ and people don't like spiders, ponies, other horses, etc. Which one do you think I could get the most C$ out of (considering that pets with low demand will be priced lower/not sold at all?) Thanks!

I honestly think you could get the most c$ out of the second one cause people love dogs and the other ones people arent a fan of horses and rats and stuff which i dont get why theere so beautiful but if were going by the public the second one you may be able to get more if you tried but for now the second.

If you want the pets that would be easiest to trade off, I would say trade two.
However, I usually have a lot of extra horses/ponies that I trade for C$, and it is possible. It isn’t as easy as dogs, for example, but it can still be done pretty easily. If you have some patience, I would then suggest the first trade because they are offering a lot more pets and you could get more C$ from it if you work at it a bit.

With patience the first one even if you only sell the horses for 15 C$ each you'll make more than selling all the higher demand pets in the second bid for 30 C$ each if that makes sense.
However if you want C$ quickly I suggest auctioning the raven for C$.
On another note valuing the raven at a non the raven is worth 1512-2016 ‘09 rares. As nice as the quantity is in these trades you should probably be aware of that before trading the raven off.
