Im not sure about number one. But I believe it is

items in 1 are;

neckerchief is in the store for C$4; dragon plush is in the store for C$4; devil horns are in the store for C$10 as a whole set, by themselves only about C$2.5; nightmare plushie is a few '13 commons; the bear plushie is a '13 common to early '14 uncommon; wolf plushie is a mid-late '15 uncommon

couldn't find out about the lunar wings, but they're from a set from the space event '16 so i doubt they're worth more than a mid '16 very common to common
your side comes to be worth around C$15 or so which is only worth an '11 rare to late '10 rare
so as is it's unfair to them

also just so you know their pet was an extended release until august '09 and is only worth a mid-late '09 rare, not an '08 rare

they're overpaying by a lot as the '12 very rare horse was a store pet and is worth an '09 rare
