I'm not sure if the hollyfox has any special demand, but assuming it doesn't, I would say no. the pink striped september has bad demand, sure, but going by the old list it is worth 4 times a hollyfox dog (or any other mid advent). I believe you should at least be able to get 2.5 mid advents worth of pets for your pink september c:
