I would take it, as rats tend to have a low demand and the pets that they're offering have a bigger demand. Also, your rat can be re-released so the rarity CAN go down, whereas the store pet can only go up. So I would definitely take it!

I disagree, the rat is worth A LOT even if you would struggle to trade it fairly. The cat is worth about 29 mid advents. The pink september is worth 4. Which gets you to about 23.

The UR Rat, although hard to trade off fairly, is worth about 92.

Well the pets look pretty nice but let's calculate this fairly.

balloon dog is about 21 mid advents, angel advent is about 7, red rose is 5 and the 7th tier is 1. The patchwork is 1 though I personally value him anywhere from there to somewhere on the september list.

The red tox is worth just over 62 mid advents. But take in mind good quantities of easily tradable list dogs can get a little bit extra than their worth. I would suggest they added more though to make up some of the value.
