• I'd say unfair to you - Although with demand and everything it looks pretty good - maybe just take off the items and a pet or so

I'm not really too strong in uncommons and rares though *I always just offer huge overpays to get what i want xD* So I'd get a second opinion.

That wouldn't be fair. Very unfair to the stitched dog. Those are all 2013 rares, and they have almost no demand. And the fact that the stitched dog is an 09 rare makes the trade even more unfair.
