I'd say fair, the store dogs are an 09 rare each i believe

I disagree. It's unfair to the other person. The '12 store pets are worth a '10 rare each. The '11 store pets are worth '09 rare each.

First two are unfair to you, I can't see the third trade, and the last trade is unfair to top. Not sure what to add though...

1. Unfair to you by a lot. Rats never go for much. And the Ornament PPS is on the rares list. Need a rare on the rare's list below the Ornament PPS.
2. Unfair to you. They need about 2 '09 rares.
3. Can't see the trade.
4. Very unfair to them. Even one of the dogs on their side is a major overpay.
