Decided to try to guess some pups. I know some of these guesses have already been made before and I'm sorry about that. I just wanted to share my thoughts. Also, sorry if this has any mistakes or is hard to understand.

Concept

-There are sprouts in Concept's signature
-"They share one color" in Concept's interets. This pup's sprout is a similiar shade of green to Concept's staff pup from last year. The pup's eyes are also a similiar-ish shade of pinkish-red to last year's dog aswell.

This pup looks a lot like a gila monster, which is a desert-dwelling animal. With that in mind...

-Concept said that their outcome perhaps gets along with Trompy's pup. If Trompy's pup lives in the desert, it would make sense that it would be friends with this pup.
-"It represents things I loved dearly as a child". It says in their staff bio thing that Concept lives in the desert, so could the thing they loved as a child be a gila monster?

-Peaceful and reserved expression. Very demure, very mindful.
-Favorite season is summer because they "love those hot days".

As for Flesh's pup's name being Osiris and having some kind of connection/lore/ethereal energy, I did find this on the good 'ol Wikipedia. "As the sun was thought to spend the night in the underworld, and was subsequently "reborn" every morning, Ptah-Seker-Osiris was identified as king of the underworld, god of the afterlife, life, death, and regeneration." Flesh has mentioned that their pup thrives at night, so I think this could be related to the pup.

Alright, I think I've seen the kind of apparel this pup is wearing before, but I sadly don't know enough about it. I saw some people say that this pup is a Tamashii. I don't doubt that, but I can't find anything about it online, so a lot of this is going to be based off vibes. I'm sorry!

I don't really have much of a reason for this one, sorry. I could see them preferring the cold, but not wearing clothes like Solloby said though.

If it's not this pup, I could also see it being the deer pup, because Trompy has mentioned their pup is crepuscular.

Okay, so I'll admit that I don't know what animal this pup is based off of haha. But other then the deer, it's the only unclaimed animal-like outcome left. But winx did mention that their outcome is crepuscular, so just like with Trompy, I could see winx's outcome being the deer aswell.

Okay, so I'll admit that I don't know what animal this pup is based off of haha. But other then the deer, it's the only unclaimed animal-like outcome left. But winx did mention that their outcome is crepuscular, so just like with Trompy, I could see winx's outcome being the deer aswell.p

No guesses from me, but oh wow i absolutely love how diverse the pups are this year!! We have a little bit of everything, and it’s clear to me each staff member had put so much love and thought into their designs and honestly getting to read about what each pet was inspired by is so much fun <3

I'm going to go ahead and claim this pup even though the hints haven't been found yet. Apologies if anyone was close to figuring it out! I didn't want to keep people waiting any longer.

First hint was here. It is easier to see on mobile, but if you look closely, the "I" is actually an alif from the Arabic alphabet.

This hint ties to the post here referencing the Transformer's comic series "more than meets the eye". Why was that important? Well, if you look closer at my outcome, there are some details that went unnoticed.

Above the pup's back, there is some hidden writing (there's also a hidden heart above the pup's face... which was a minor hint in the post linked above with the ♥).


The writing above means "thank you" in Arabic, pronounced as "shukran". My pup this year is a testament to the past half a year I've spent in the Middle East for work. From 115 degree weather to spiders that will chase your shadow, it was daunting traveling here by myself at first. I have been pleasantly surprised by all the wonderful experiences I've had while here though. The people I've met have been nothing short of friendly, the food is outstanding (if you don't know what shawarma is, I highly recommend trying it), the mango juice was the best I've ever had, and the architecture is phenomenal. While I am excited to get home soon to my cat and spouse, I am thankful for the experience I've gotten out here.

Some other key hints that may or may not have been found:
- There is a tiny little stingray hidden in the markings of the pup. I have seen a lot of stingray symbolism while here, so I figured it would be great to incorporate into the design.

- The face and leg markings are referenced from the Arabian Oryx.
- The chest markings are referenced from falcons! (Did you know that a lot of people here keep falcons as pets? I saw one chilling at a gas station here waiting for his owner. Super interesting experience! I managed to snap a picture below.)

- The ears are referenced from my local sand fox! See some pictures I was able to get of them below.

- The tail didn't have any inspiration. I just thought it was cute tbh.
