Most people would value TD somewhere between 1.5-2MA so the other side having 1MA is a bit under. But it's also a pps store pet and I know people tend to get overpay for these sometimes. So up to you and your partners preference, by list both would be 1MA and swap.

Very close! It's from 2011 Halloween ❤️ so I would agree with 1 old rare, I'd probably say it boarders on a very rare based on it being a Halloween item but I'm unsure on if it was free or a token item. Either way, very unfair as Wysterinka said !

If you were to use the 2:1 rule, their side would total up to around a 2009 rare so it would be quite unfair to you ❤️
Even not using the 2:1 rule, I think it would be unfair still, I'd personally want them to add at least a 2009 very rare value plus an old rare or two ❤️

17C$ is way too much for a 2020 EUC. in my experience, EUC's that recent go from 1-5c$. I’m not sure if the deer has any special demand. otherwise, your side is definitely over..
