the trees are counted as their own species in the archive: archive/2016/Christmas/Tree

CloudyKatt answered you for the trees. Indeed since they have their own category in the archives they don't need to be here.

As for the bunnies those are already on the thread in the post with the bunny lines! Under "Mooncake Bunnies".

I don't think so? The back and legs are mostly original lines with only the head and tail changed. Since the lines edits haven't been used more than once I consider them to be an average event pet. Hopefully that explanation makes sense?

This one is similar to the reason for the above suggestion. Really, just the legs have been changed a bit but the rest of the lines are normal. It's also just a single outcome. I don't think I could add it without ending up adding most event pets.

just a little thing, but the mooncake buns don't show under bunnies - they are (other species) pets
