PLEASE NOTE, POSTING 'FAIR/UNFAIR' HARDLY HELPS ANYONE. PLEASE GIVE EDUCATED ADVICE AND ELABORATE/EXPLAIN WHY!!

I'm wondering what would these pets on the top would add up to be?
Also; what would need to be added with that in order to make it a slight underpay for the spotted tribal?

Unfair to them. The UR apple seems to go for quite a bit more than that, even with the not-so-good demand.
