As an item collector and knowing from experience, this would be unfair to you since the items do not return plus some of the items are pretty old and you can get that rare for a 2014 uncommon. Also the horse makes no difference to the trade, it is unfair to you.

(Note: I'm not sure if you will see this since you foed/blocked me from trading you not sure if it is the same thing but hopefully you do and this helps ^.^ )

Rarity wise this is very over on their side since each rat is worth more than the dog you have. Due to rats having a terrible demand and are VERY hard to trade off I would say this is fair or over on their side. Overall it's a pretty good trade depending on how much you like rats ^.^

From personal experience this is unfair to you because I've personally gotten a 2012 uncommon for the 2 sheep alone. But it depends on how much you like the items. I'd say it's fair or over on your side though. Please ask for second opinions if needed. Rarity wise, it's unfair to them. One of the 09 rares would be perfectly fair. However I've seen warriors go for 1-2 09'rares depending but the demand depends on who you're trading with as wel.
