The person getting Blue Balloon and Joker is getting over paid.

The joker has a higher value than one might think, for you can get a LOT for one of those.

I got for my Joker: Blue Sorbet, Clear-Eyed Galaxy, Pink Balloon and about 600 other pets(including rares)

So ya, person 2 is over offering by a long way.
